We need your support for our Roof RETI training program. We’ve committed to building a path to green energy jobs for historically marginalized communities.

Our 2024 goal is to graduate and place 90 trainees into paid internships in the solar and green industry.

We help individuals design their future path

Our Roof RETI program is not just vocational training, it uses hands-on learning and skill building in solar panel installation, workplace safety, career readiness, social entrepreneurship, and sustainability. Upon graduating from three weeks of intensive study, trainees choose from a wide range of sustainable businesses and organizations to start new careers.

Red Hook native Joseph Gibson-Pitt, shown below, received his diploma from program director Kaila Wilson. The next week he started working with a community garden design/build organization where he’s learning new skills and sharing them at elementary schools across Brooklyn.
